Charles
Lewis
PRESIDENT
Charles brings over 15 years of business and software experience and has been with Jonas organizations since September 2007. He has been involved in Support, Implementation, Sales and Marketing, and Product Development during his tenure. As Business Unit Leader, he continues to oversee these departments, while seeking new opportunities to expand WinePOS' role in the marketplace. He strives to ensure the customer is always satisfied with his calm demeanor and can-do attitude. Charles is a graduate from the University of Mississippi.
In his spare time, Charles can be found spending time with his 2 children, playing golf, or keeping fit.
Carla
Bautista
CREDIT CARD INTEGRATION SPECIALIST & PURCHASING MANAGER
Carla joined us in 2008 as a Project Manager to support various departments. Her primary role is our Credit Card Integration Specialist which involves the coordination of the numerous stages of integration from beginning to end. She works with processors, customers and WinePOS staff for implementation. Additionally, she handles WinePOS purchasing as well as shipping and receiving.
When not in the office, Carla enjoys running, working out, traveling and spending time with her fiance, family, and friends. However, her true pride and joy are her two children, CJ and Luke.
Bradley
Day
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MANAGER
Brad manages new merchant implementations, training and credit card integrations for WinePOS and related services. He is responsible for overall product & customer service satisfaction.
When away from the office, Brad spends most of his time enjoying good food, beer and the company of his wife, two children, friends, family.

SR. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
John has been involved with WinePOS for many years. In 2000, he embarked on development of our new product, WinePOS. Today, John continues to enhance WinePOS to answer the needs of the changing retail liquor store industry.
When not working, John loves to spend his little free time with family and on the yoga mat.
Matthew
Ramirez
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Since joining WinePOS in 2010, Matt has been responsible for the WinePOS network, servers, and internal Intranet. Matt also develops software for our WinePOS SaaS products, such as Vision Link and Tasty.
When not at work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and setting PRs in the 5k.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Matt joined WinePOS in September of 2018 as a Junior Developer. As a member of the development team, Matt is involved with managing WinePOS' FTP web extract services, maintaining our mobile solution, and contributing to our emerging products and services. Prior to joining WinePOS, he graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Computer Science.
Matt enjoys spending his free time outdoors fishing, hiking, and kayaking, as well as spending time with family and friends.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
Steven has been employed in the tech industry since 2012. Prior to joining WinePOS, he worked as a Desktop and Network Support Technician and Technology Account Manager in the medical and cellular industries.
In his off time, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include playing music, playing hockey, outdoor activities and sports, and cooking.

MARKETING MANAGER
Kristin joined WinePOS in March 2018 as an Administrative Assistant, Kristin brings over fifteen years of Project Coordination and Management experience. Kristin is now the Marketing Manager at WinePOS. In her spare time, Kristin can usually be found at the soccer fields watching her son play or soaking up sun at the beach!

SR. PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Dylan joined the WinePOS team in the Spring of 2012 as the lone Washington state employee. As a member of the technical support team, Dylan is involved with the installation, training, and troubleshooting of WinePOS. Prior to joining WinePOS, he graduated from Carleton College in Minnesota and worked in the video game industry in the Boston area.
Currently, Dylan lives in the Seattle area with his wife and son, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, and has a passion for craft beer as both a consumer and a home brewer.

PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Before joining WinePOS, Jose worked in the retail industry for a few years, but IT has always been his passion. He joined the WinePOS team in 2018.
Jose's hobbies include playing video games, building his own computers, listening to music, and reading or writing.
Janice
Scillieri
PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Janice joined the WinePOS support team in 2019. Janice has both retail and IT experience with 20 years in the IT industry.
In her spare time, Janice enjoys golf, travel and good food and wine.
