Customer Sales History

Vision allows you to see your customers' purchasing trends. Once a customer is identified at the point of sale or in customer order processing, all of their purchases are stored for future retrieval and analysis to better target sales or to help predict your ordering.

Points Tracking

A feature that many retailers appreciate is tracking points that a customer accumulates when they purchase designated “points” products or by spending a certain amount of money. Using the points, the customer can redeem them for coupons or some other form of retailer incentive.

Special Pricing

Each customer can be set up in Vision with retail pricing for any group of items. When they purchase those items, the cashier does not need to think about any special pricing for the customer. Vision will simply ring up the items as you have them priced.

Loyalty Discounting

Once customer is identified using a club card, name, or phone number, the items that the customer purchases are subject to discounts that you can set exclusively for each customer or combination of customers.

Stock Inquiry

One of the most important areas of service is being able to answer the customer’s questions. Do you have a product? Is it in stock? When can I get it? All of this and more can be done at the point-of-sale.

Age Validation

Every state has a minimum age to purchase and consume alcohol. This important responsibility and risk falls into the hands of you, the retailer. Never again question the age of a customer and always keep a record for later verification as needed.

Club Cards

An integral part of every retailer's business has been the club card. Vision provides for accurate customer discounts, accumulating points, and generally tracking the purchases of the customer.

Multiple Shipments

Much like a warehouse distribution system, Vision provides the ability to ship items to multiple locations. Great for sending that holiday gift basket. Or for servicing your Wine Of The Month Club.

Suspend & Resume Sales

How many times does a customer forget their wallet in the car? With Vision you have no reason to keep your other customers waiting. Vision's suspend/resume function can work with multiple customers and across registers.

Gift Receipts

Often times, the purchase a customer makes is a gift for a family or a friend. Vision has made it a standard to be able to give the recipient a gift receipt with their order.
